&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/li>\n<p>\n\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\n<\/p>\n<li>Open WOD 12.2: Saturday, August 5&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<p>\n\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\n<\/p>\n<li>Open WOD 12.3: Saturday, August 12&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<p>\n\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\n<\/p>\n<li>Open WOD 12.4: Saturday, August 19<\/li>\n<p>\n\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\n<\/p>\n<li>Open WOD 12.5: Saturday, August 26<\/li>\n<p>\n\n<\/p><\/ul>\n<p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<\/p>\n<p>Members from both locations will be able to attend these Open WOD&#8217;s at 28th Street and will be able to register (one week in advance) in Zen Planner.<\/p>\n<p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<\/p>\n<p>These workouts will give people a&nbsp; way to prepare for the next CrossFit Open, and a chance to do (or redo) the workouts of previous CrossFit Opens.<\/p>\n<p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<\/p>\n<p>We will be running these Open WOD&#8217;s at the official standards, and we are encouraging everyone to take judging seriously.<\/p>\n<p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<\/p>\n<p>Members of the CrossFit community will be welcome&nbsp;to join us:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/crossfitnycflatiron.com\/drop-in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DROP IN &#8211;
