{"id":4990,"date":"2024-01-04T23:55:43","date_gmt":"2024-01-04T23:55:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/crossfitnycflatiron.com\/?p=1631"},"modified":"2024-01-04T23:55:43","modified_gmt":"2024-01-04T23:55:43","slug":"special-black-box-hyrox-january-20","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/crossfitnyc.com\/wod\/special-black-box-hyrox-january-20\/","title":{"rendered":"Special Black Box Hyrox (January 20)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Saturday, January 20, we will have a special event with Hyrox world record holder Megan Jacoby. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Megan is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hyrox Women\u2019s Pro world record holder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hyrox Mixed Doubles world record holder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hyrox Women\u2019s Doubles world record&nbsp; holder&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The first woman to go sub 60 minutes in a Hyrox Pro Race<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Megan will be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coaching a 10:00 AM Black Box Hyrox WOD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speaking and taking questions from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coaching&nbsp;a 12:00 PM Black Box Hyrox WOD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CrossFit NYC Members need register only for a WOD. The 11:00 AM talk with Megan does not require&nbsp;separate registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the two WOD&#8217;s 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM WOD&#8217;s with Megan, we will be running a normal 8:30 AM Black Box Hyrox WOD and 8:30 AM Open Gym<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 9:45 AM and 11:00 AM CrossFit WOD&#8217;s and the 12:15 PM Open Gym will be canceled.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Saturday, January 20, we will have a special event with Hyrox world record holder Megan Jacoby.
